One of our property caretakers is retiring, and we are therefore looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of our wonderful team.

What can we offer you? The work as a property caretaker is independent, and in close collaboration with managers, landlords, and several other colleagues, we create the absolute best conditions for our tenants. You are responsible for planning and organizing your work as well as maintaining contact with tenants and contractors.

Your tasks will include maintenance and preventive work in and around our properties in the form of rounds, receiving and executing fault reports, and providing feedback to customers. What can you offer us? To thrive with us, it is important that you enjoy working with people and value high service. How you have learned to take care of properties is not crucial. Perhaps you have studied, perhaps you have done renovations at home, or even built something? The most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more!

Some parts of your work will be digital, so a certain level of computer skills/iPhone use is required. You also need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and hold a manual B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in electrical installations, plumbing systems, ventilation, and control technology.
